Eligibility for a Return

We have a strict return policy to protect the integrity of our products and our artisans. Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item you received is **damaged or defective**.
  • Returns for any other reason (e.g., you changed your mind, dislike the color or fabric, or ordered the wrong product) are **not accepted**.

Important: You must contact our support team at info@dorasutra.com **within 24 hours** of receiving your order to report a defect. Any requests received after this 24-hour window will not be eligible for a return.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To prevent fraudulent claims and to protect both our customers and our business, an unboxing video is **absolutely mandatory** to process any return request. Without a valid video, your return request will be cancelled.

Unboxing Video Requirements:

  • The video must be a **single, continuous clip** with no pauses, cuts, or edits.
  • The video must begin by showing the **unopened and sealed shipping package** from all sides, with the shipping label clearly visible.
  • The process of **opening the package (breaking the seal)** must be clearly captured.
  • After opening, inspect the product from all angles.
  • If the product is defective, you must **clearly show the specific damaged area** in the video.

Please note: Failure to provide a video that complies with these requirements will result in the immediate cancellation of your return request.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Support:** Email us at info@dorasutra.com within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide Details:** In your email, please include your Order ID (e.g., DS10021), your full name, and attach the mandatory unboxing video file or a link to it.
  3. Review:** Our team will review your claim and video evidence within 2-3 business days.
  4. Resolution:** If your return request is approved based on the evidence provided, we will contact you with instructions for the next steps, which may include a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

Upon approval of a return, and after we have received and inspected the returned item, a refund will be processed to your DoraSutra Wallet within 7-10 business days which you can use for your next purchase.
